You have persistent or new pain, but exercise programs and a "body-only" approach has not provided resolution of symptoms or is difficult to fit into your daily routine

You want safe space to talk, share, get creative, feel supported, plan, achieve, and grow

Trauma-Informed Care

Your pelvic, sexual, and mental health can be a very vulnerable space. Our trauma-informed care recognizes and responds to the impact of trauma on individuals and the importance of sensitivity and compassion.  What does this mean for you?

Functional Independence Therapy (FIT) Program

Our FIT Program, part of every client's plan of care, focuses on empowering you to regain physical and emotional fitness in your daily activities, in a way that is sustainable, progressive, and independent.

A way that recognizes who you are and how you want to live.

Perinatal Mental Health

As occupational therapists trained in functional mental wellness, we are instrumental in addressing risk factors associated with perinatal mental health. Through comprehensive screening and assessments, we can help identify these risk factors early on, enabling targeted interventions to mitigate potential challenges.
